ROCHFORD: Attempted abduction – man arrested

A man - in his 40s – from Rochford, has been arrested in connection with the attempted abduction of a 12 year old girl in the town.
The incident happened on July 30th, when it’s a man approached the girl from behind in Ashcombe near its junction with Holt Farm Way and grabbed her. However, she was able to kick out at the man, and able to run off.
The arrested man has been bailed to appear at Southend Police Station on December 13.
He has also been arrested in relation to two unrelated sexual offences.

So,he’s also been arrested for two other offences? Perhaps they have something to do with the spate of abductions recently.
Oh, but I forgot, they’re not linked. Because the cops arrested a guy in his twenties, despite the attacker being described as being in his 40′s-50′s.
I’m betting this guy is responsible for a lot of the attempted child-thefts around Essex.
