A former lecturer from Southend has finished third in the final Big Brother.
Mario Mugan, who’s 28, and currently unemployed, taught students at the South East Essex College on Luker Road four years ago.
Born in Venice, and brought up in America, the openly gay contestant survived several eviction nominations and was 25/1 to win the competition.
The self confessed Big Brother fan – who worked in McDonalds until recently, once splashed out £6,600 on the diary chair from the 2006 series of the Channel 4 reality TV show.
On Tuesday night, he lost out to Josie Gibson from Bristol who won the competition, and Dave Vaughan from Wales who came second.
Josie then went back into the house and met ex-Big Brother contestants for a final “ultimate” BB series.
