WESTCLIFF: Woman suffers broken leg in crash

Police are appealing for witnesses following a two vehicle collision in Westcliff on Saturday night (Aug 14).
It happened in Prittlewell Chase, at its junction with Southbourne Grove, at around 7.50pm.
The collision involved a red Metrocab taxi and a blue Peugeot 207. The driver of the Peugeot, a woman from Westcliff, suffered a broken leg and was taken by ambulance to Southend General Hospital.
